Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure that the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and designer packaging intact for a successful approval.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your exchanged size within 5-7 working days.
